By downloading or using Tidbit (the "app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please don't use the app.

Not medical advice

Tidbit is a general-purpose nutrition and health tracking tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Features related to GLP-1 medications — including estimated medication levels, dose tracking, and symptom logs — are informational only and based on publicly available pharmacokinetic data. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider regarding your medications, diet, and health decisions. Do not use Tidbit to make medication dosing decisions.

Accuracy of information

Nutrition information is provided by third-party sources (FatSecret, USDA FoodData Central) and by users themselves. We do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any purpose. Always check product labels.

Subscriptions and payments

Tidbit offers an optional premium subscription. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. The price, billing period, and renewal terms are shown on the in-app paywall before you confirm your purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

Your account and data

Tidbit has no accounts. Your data is stored in your private Apple iCloud account. You are responsible for maintaining access to your Apple ID and for any backups of your data. You can export your data at any time from within the app.

Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer the app, attempt to circumvent paid features, or use the app in any way that violates applicable laws.

Intellectual property

The app, its design, and its content (excluding user-generated content and third-party nutrition data) are owned by Tidbit and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tidbit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
